What the extension reads
The Commission Radar Chrome extension reads only the hostname of the active tab so it can look up affiliate program data for that domain. It does not read page content, form fields, cookies, or browsing history. It does not inject scripts into the pages you visit.
What we send to our servers
When you click the extension or open a new tab, the extension sends one HTTP request to radar.commissionstack.net/api/programs/lookup containing the bare domain (e.g. shopify.com). No URL parameters, paths, cookies, IPs, or user identifiers are transmitted by the extension beyond what your browser includes by default.
Data we store
- Email addresses voluntarily submitted via the waitlist form.
- Domain requests submitted via the "Request this domain" button.
- For Pro subscribers: email + Stripe customer/session identifiers for billing.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We do not track your browsing across sites.
- We do not use third-party analytics inside the extension.
Third parties
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to billing data they collect. Affiliate signup links in the extension are operated by the merchants and networks themselves (Amazon, Impact, ShareASale, CJ, ClickBank, etc.).
Your rights
You can request deletion of any email or subscription data we hold by emailing privacy@commissionstack.net. Uninstalling the extension immediately stops any data transmission from your device.
